I can offer sports and soft tissue massage using various techniques, including trigger point release, massage with movement and more traditional methods.

A postural and range of movement assessment will be conducted at the first consultation to identify each individuals problem areas. From this, we will build a personalised treatment plan for the initial session and for any follow up sessions.

I can also provide pre and post event massage for sporting events such as triathlons, cyling sportives and team sports. Please get in touch if this is of interest to you.

I will not just treat the painful bit for a quick fix, I aim to provide long term healing and injury prevention which may mean I work on areas you were not anticipating.
Upto 20 miles travel each way is included on initial and 1hr treatments. Upto 10 miles travel each way is included in 30 minute treatments. Excess mileage is charge at 50p per mile. I am based in Fairford, Gloucestershire.

New Client Initial Consultation

I will talk through with you your reason for attending and any relevent physical history/injuries. I will then conduct a range of movement and body posture assessment to help identify key areas that require attention. I will then complete soft tissue treatment and address the main causes of concern, before treating any other relevent areas identfied thourgh the previous body assessment. We will finish by talking about further treatments if needed and build a plan together.
1 Hour Sports Massage
£50
This treatment is aimed at previous clients and will consist of working on a previous injury and continuing treatment, or working on a new area of discomfort if identified.

Range of movement will still be analysed to see if there has been any improvement and to identify any further areas to work on.

Multiple areas of the body can be treated during this session
30 Minute Sports Massage
£35
This shorter, more intese treatment is a more targetted approach on one area of the body that you may have discomfort in.
​
Range of movement analysis will take place on the target area to ensure that the correct area of massage takes place.
